Current Events
In early June, 2009, Alexandra returned home to Orion Downs to find an invitation to a gathering. She attended with Archon Moran and her two childer in tow. Throughout the night she was seen in close discussion with several members of the upcoming court. Her childe Jeremy remained close to her side all night, making barely a ripple on his first night at court. She visibly had a smile for the new Premier, Jaagup Rebane, but how much can an Invictus lady support a Carthian Praxis, no matter what name they may give it? At the end of the night, she hadn't been named to a position, but who knows what time will bring?
In July, 2009, Lady Hamersley was named as Regent's Harpy, and seems to be holding firmly to that position in a time where they are shifting and swirling in the Sydney court.
She was also present at the great Gala in Canberra in the month of October. Although relatively quiet, she was always escorted by at least one of her extended family, and seemed quite content to chat to anyone who caught her eye. Many of the Invictus present praised the hunt run for them, and enjoyed speaking with her on matters in Sydney and about her animals. On the second night, she was seen speaking very frankly with her lord and Alder Quintis, but it appears the matter was sorted not long before Alder Quintis's untimely death.
In November, she had clearly arranged some kind of deal with the Premier, as she came to court with a new childe, Adrian Holmes. She was also seen to leave the court at a charging run when two of her childer, including the newly embraced Adrian, were kidnapped by beings made out of shadow. She was knocked into torpor attempting to rescue them, but was quickly revived by Sir Carmine.
In February, Alex returned to court after a period of absence with her usual smile. She spoke with the thing that came on behalf of the Cult of Anubis, and spent a lot of time speaking with G.A.N.G.R.E.L. The announcements of the Regent's Council were not unexpected, and given that much of the court was absent, the night went ahead quietly, the crucifixion aside.

- Sir Roland Fitzroy, of the Thorned Wreath - Lady Alexandra has stood by her previous lord for many years now, even after he fully committed to the life of the Second Estate. News that she had not renewed her Oath of Fealty to him in early 2008 was briefly the talk of those that knew the pair, and had witnessed her loyalty to him.

- The Scumbag- Alex and Gewalt have been known, on occasion, to greet one another in public, and speak briefly about the state of each other's hounds.
- Alder Lord Quintis- Alexandra and Lord Quintis have a lot of time for each other, it's been said. It seems they share a love of horses.
- Bader- Alexandra is unusually touchy with the Bishop of Sydney. Her eyes and stance speak volumes to the instinctive flinching from one of Nosferatu blood, but it seems she holds him in higher regard than that.
The Baying of the Hounds - Rumours
- Is Alexandra really the childe of Captain Henstry? She's too wild to be a Mekhet, her traits are more those of a Gangrel. Perhaps she is of Lady Galiana's line?
- Bollocks! Have you seen her when she's hunting? Such unrestrained hedonism is surely the mark of a Daeva.
- Actually, you're both wrong. Both her control over animals and the sharp turn of her tongue betray her as a Ventrue
- It doesn't actually MATTER what clan she is. What matters is why is she hiding as a Mekhet?

- It's true! I mean, look at her, watch the way she looks at people! No matter how fine she dresses, it's obvious that she's a werewolf of some description!
- Alex sacrificed her ability to remember people's names to some eldritch thing. Don't believe me? How many times has she forgotten your name?
- She does have a dreadful memory for names, but seems to recall some quite clearly and without hesitation. It's wondered by some of the more observant Kindred what that means for those she does remember, and whether it is good memory or bad that causes those names to stick.
- That corset? Bulletproof up to a .50 BMG round. The little hat? A mini grenade inside. Hell, the hatpins are probably even poisoned.
- Alexandra only maintains a basic haven in Sydney, instead preferring to live in the northern countryside. While it makes sense for her to do so, what drove her out of Sydney in the first place?
- Have you noticed her sniffing all the time? Obviously she's a Gulikan- she even calls herself a bloodhound sometimes.
- Dark rumours hint that the good Lady Hamersley has some of the Brood in her bloodline. Will blood run true? Perhaps it has already?
- "Lady" Hamersley doesn't ride side saddle because she likes having a big beast between her legs. It's why she and Lord Carmine get along so well.
- Well at least she wears cullottes. Which is more than can be said of some of the others permitted to call themselves Unconquered in these dark and dreary nights. Honestly, any maid that lets a lady run around in her undergarments should be whipped and then shot.
