A polite gentleman, if a little unsettling (he is a smelly Nos after all). He has loyally served his lineage and the First Estate for almost a century

Takes Titles and duties very seriously. Some things are just done. Has been known to flatly ignore Kindred that call him "Mister".

Prefers to speak in German. While he is fluent in English, will use "Herr" and "Frau" for allies as a mark of respect, if they have no Title. Unless he's insulting you. He'll use German then too. None will tell you which.

Embraced 1912 in Russia by Lord Giles Vrooman. To his shame it is rumoured that he was ghouled "first" and that only for his utility. He was embraced after suffering the effects of mustard gas and his sire wasn't done with his servant.

Known to have been active in both Europe and Asia, primarily as a courier and as a Notary to go "where he was needed". His ability to travel so far and survive has earned him some respect.

• Nosferatu Status (0)- To date Charles hasn't distinguished himself within the ranks of the Haunt, whilst he is old enough to expect things of him. His duty to the Invictus seems to have "curbed" his appetites and his monstrous nature. That is in public at least. There are a number of unpleasant rumours about Mr Dietrich's personal habits and "tastes"in his private life. (Start of Play reputation June 2009)

• In public is a gentleman. BUT behind closed doors he is a monster. His Nosferatu blood shows that to be true. He is obsessed with beautiful women. He collects them. What he does with them chained and collared in his basement is whispered about by members of the court. A number of mutilated corpses were found in Berlin shortly before he left...in a hurry. One of them it turns out was a ghoul to the Prince of the domain. The Boon to arrest the Butcher has never been claimed.

• Isn't it odd that Sir Dietrich has abased himself to a kindred of the first estate of lower standing than himself. I wonder what juicy bit of blackmail Miss Bishop has over the Esteemed Notary... Then again, perhaps the "Prince's" of Brisbane are his little pawns. Such a thing would not be unheard of. I simply cannot believe that after what "they" did in England, anyone of the First Estate would submit to them as Princes...I mean Princes....are they even First Estate at all! • Mr Dietrich's lack of Vassals is quite telling really. How he expects to rise in the Invictus is anyone's guess. Still Brisbane is a new city..time will tell.
• Herr Dietrich has a lovely singing voice. It's a pitty that he needs to dress up in drag to perform. Best simply close one's eyes and listen...well..maybe keep one eye open. Just in case. You've heard about Berlin haven't you ?
• In an amazing display of ignorance Mr Dietrich claimed to be the Nosferatu Priscus of Brisbane, despite the fact that he is the Prince's Harpy...whoops. Not good when a Harpy and a Prince of the first estate can't keep these things in order. What's next...two Princes....oh yes. They already do don't they...
• Herr Dietrich has been known to solve all his problems by throwing money at them. One time while local police tried to arrest him for unknown crimes he drove the entire force away by throwing bundles of cash with such deadly force that at least twelve officers were hospitalised, at least one died and many more were injured. Dietrich evaded captured.
