Gruber has been publically active in the city of Melbourne since approx 1945. Maintaining a low profile for over 50 years he has recently emerged (2002) to become the ‘public face’ of the Ordo Dracul in Melbourne. Although very much a public figure in his city of residence, his studies and experiments still remain largely a mystery to both Clan and Covenant.
